Washington 2016 Teacher of the Year embodies the definition of HOPEtivist for us at Healthy Gen.This week we feature two amazing people- Teacher of the Year Nathan Gibbs and Smokimh Age Hopetivist Sarah Stewart.
Major congratulations are due to the Healthy Living Collaborative SW for being a part of ten Community Collaboratives in Oregon and SW Washington to receive a collective grant of $850,000! All ten collaboratives have a shared five-year agenda to promote healthier childhoods in their communities.
